Når du handler på Fingerboard.dk skal du igennem følgende trin

Vi sender en ordrebekræftelse til dig på mail. Når vi har registreret din betaling afsender vi varen og du modtager endnu en mail med information om levering.

LEVERING

Ved bestilling afsendes ordren indenfor 1-3 hverdage. Undtagen de varer, hvor der er angivet, at de bliver lavet på bestilling med længere leveringstid. Normal leveringstid til adresser i Danmark er 2-3 hverdage efter ordreafsendelse.

Så snart vi har modtaget og behandlet din ordre, modtager du et Track & Trace nummer via e-mail – så du kan følge din pakke til dørs fra afsendelsen. Alle pakker der sendes via GLS leveres til valgfri pakkeshop. Alle varer leveres så længe lager haves.

Der tages forbehold for udsolgte varer, hvorved du som kunde vil blive tilbudt et tilsvarende produkt eller få dine penge retur.

Vi har en fast fragtpris på 50kr samt gratis levering ved køb over 600kr

Fortrydelsesretten kan kun udnyttes, hvis varen tilbageleveres i samme stand og mængde. Fortrydelsesretten bortfalder derfor, hvis du bruger varen på en måde, som helt åbenbart forringer varens salgsværdi væsentligt.

Har du sendt en varer ind til fortrydelse eller reklamation, vil du altid få tilsendt en mail, når vi har modtaget varen. I mailen får du oplysninger om den videre proces i forbindelse med behandlingen af din fortrydelse/reklamation.

Hvis du fortryder dit køb, får du naturligvis det beløb du har indbetalt til os eksklusiv leveringsomkostninger, tilbage. Beløbet bliver overført til den ønskede bankkonto, når vi har modtaget varen retur og kontrolleret, at den lever op til reglerne for fortrydelsen. Ønsker du at ombytte eller returnere varen sendes varen tilbage til os.

Kunden står selv for forsendelsesomkostningerne.

Bemærk! Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav.

Ikke afhentet pakker

Som kunde har du ansvaret for afhentning af dine pakker sendt fra Jump Around fingerboard.dk til din valgte GLS pakkeshop. Afhentes varen ikke indenfor den givne tidramme udstukket af GLS og pakken sendes retur. Sender vi det samlede købsbeløbet tilbage (inkl. fragt) minus et forsendelsesgebyr på 100kr.

Eksempel på tilbagebetaling for manglede afhentet pakke:

• Købsværdi: 230kr
• Fragt: 50kr
• Samlede købsbeløb: 280kr
• Forsendelsesgebyr: – 100kr
• Tilbagebetaling ialt: 180kr

BEMÆRK: Er den samlede købsværdi 100kr eller derunder vil der ikke bliver tilbagebetalt penge ved manglede afhentet pakke.

Håndlavet boards

Alle vores træ boards er lavet i hånden.  Vi masseproducerer ikke vores boards på maskiner som de fleste og derfor vil der være små skønhedsfejl at spore.

Skule der være større fejl er du altid velkommen til at skrive til os. Så bytter vi selvfølgelig boardet ud med et nyt. 

RETURNERING OG OMBYTNING

RETURNERING

Returnering af varer sker ved at følge ovenstående guide og udfyldelse af returseddel med klar indikation af, at du ønsker at returnere varen eller varerne.

ALMINDELIG OMBYTNING

Du kan også lave en almindelig ombytning, hvor du sender varen retur. Send en mail der beskriver hvilket produkt, som du vil ønsker i stedet, og vi sørger for at sende den ønskede vare retur til dig. – Bemærk der kommer et forsendelsesgebyr på 30kr ved ombytning af vores produkter.

REKLAMATIONSRET – HVIS DER ER NOGET GALT MED VAREN

Når du handler på Fingerboard.dk har du selvfølgelig 24 måneders reklamationsret. Det betyder, at du enten kan få varen ombyttet eller afslag i prisen, afhængig af den konkrete situation. Det er selvfølgelig et krav, at reklamationen er berettiget, og at manglen ikke er opstået, som følge af en fejlagtig brug af produktet eller anden skadeforvoldende adfærd. Hvilket inkludere almindelig slid ved brug af det købte fingerboard udstyr.

Du skal reklamere indenfor ”rimelig tid” efter, at du har opdaget manglen ved varen. Hvis du reklamerer indenfor to måneder efter, at manglen er opdaget, vil reklamationen altid være rettidig.

Sådan gør du:

1. Send et billede med fejlen på produktet til info@fingerboard.dk

2. Når du har modtaget svar på mail, gør du følgende:

3. Send pakken retur .

4. Når vi har modtaget pakken, gennemgår vi produktet. Er reklamationen berettiget vil du enten modtage en rabatkode, tilsvarende det beløb som du købte produktet til eller du vil modtage et identisk produkt, hvis vi har dette på lager.

5. Rabatkoden er gyldig i 6 måneder fra modtagelsen og gælder alle produkter og kan ikke kombineres med andre rabatkoder.

Bemærk: Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav eller lignende.

Husk at varen altid skal sendes tilbage i forsvarlig emballage.

Ved bestilling via digital fakturering/ ean nr sendes de aftalte varer med det samme og fakturaen skal betales indenfor 14 dage.

HOW TO SHOP WITH US

When shopping at Fingerboard.dk, you will go through the following steps:

1. Choose the product(s) you wish to purchase.
2. Remember to select the correct size, color, and quantity.
3. Add the product(s) to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your personal delivery information.
5. Choose your delivery point.
6. Approve our terms and conditions and confirm your purchase.
7. Proceed to the payment window.

We will send you an order confirmation by email. Once your payment is registered, we will ship the product, and you will receive another email with delivery information.

DELIVERY

For orders placed, we ship within 1-2 business days, except for items on backorder with longer delivery times. The standard delivery time to addresses outside Denmark is between 10 to 30 business days after shipment.

As soon as we receive and process your order, we will sent your order the next day business day. All packages will be sent via GLS and delivered to a pickup shop. All items are delivered as long as stock lasts.

We reserve the right for items being sold out, in which case you, as the customer, will be offered a similar product or refunded.

SHIPPING

After confirming your order you will receive a track and trace number

We offer a flat shipping rate of 250 DKK on all orders. – Note that the total weigt is no higher then 20kg pr. order

PAYMENT

In this online store, you can order your items and pay via credit card. All prices on Fingerboard.dk are inclusive of VAT.

Contact us at info@fingerboard.dk for digital invoicing/EAN number if you are purchasing for an institution.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND (CANCELLATION / EXCHANGE)

You have a 14-day right of cancellation when shopping at Fingerboard.dk. The cancellation period starts from the day you receive the item.

The right of cancellation can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of cancellation will lapse if the item is used in a way that clearly reduces its sales value significantly.

If you have sent an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email once we have received the item. The email will contain information about the further process regarding the handling of your cancellation/complaint.

If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you paid to us, excluding shipping costs. The amount will be transferred to the desired bank account once we have received the returned item and verified that it complies with the cancellation rules. If you wish to exchange or return the item, send it back to us.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Note! We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).

Handmade Boards

All of our wooden boards are handmade. We do not mass-produce our boards by machines, like most do, so minor cosmetic imperfections may occur.

If there are major defects, you are always welcome to contact us, and we will gladly exchange the board for a new one.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Returning items follows the above guidelines, along with filling out the return form with a clear indication that you wish to return the item(s).

STANDARD EXCHANGES

You can also make a standard exchange by sending the item back. Send an email describing which product you would like in exchange, and we will make sure to send the desired item back to you. Note that a shipping fee of 250 DKK applies for product exchanges.

COMPLAINTS – IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE ITEM

When shopping at Fingerboard.dk, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either get the item exchanged or a discount, depending on the situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect was not caused by improper use of the product or other damaging behavior, including normal wear and tear from using fingerboard equipment.

You must file the complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect in the product. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect will always be considered timely.

How to proceed:

1. Send a picture of the defect on the product to info@fingerboard.dk.
2. Once you have received a response by email, proceed as follows:
3. Send the package back to us.
4. Once we have received the package, we will inspect the product. If the complaint is justified, you will either receive a discount code equivalent to the amount you paid for the product, or you will receive an identical product if we have it in stock.
5. The discount code is valid for 6 months from receipt and applies to all products. It cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Note: We do not accept packages sent COD or similar.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (PRIVACY POLICY)

To complete an agreement with us on Fingerboard.dk, we need the following information:

We register your personal information to deliver the product to you. Personal information is registered with Fingerboard.dk and stored for one year, after which it is deleted. When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it is done with your express consent, so you are informed about what information is collected and why.

The owner of Fingerboard Entertainment has access to the information registered about you. The data controller at Fingerboard.dk is Martin Lindved. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information provided to Fingerboard.dk is not passed on or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. As a registered user of Fingerboard.dk, you have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to see what information has been registered about you, and you can delete your user account at any time.

These rights are in accordance with the Data Protection Act, and inquiries should be addressed to Fingerboard.dk via email at info@fingerboard.dk.

ORDERING

At Fingerboard.dk, you can order items via our website or by email agreement.

For email orders, the invoice must be paid before we can send the agreed products. If you have inquiries about items that are not listed on the site, feel free to contact us. For orders via digital invoicing/EAN number, the agreed items are shipped immediately, and the invoice must be paid within 14 days.

– All prices are inclusive of VAT and other charges. Prices are daily prices.
– When you shop with Fingerboard Entertainment™ / Fingerboard.dk, agreements are made in Danish.
– You can view previous orders by logging into the website.

DISCOUNT CODES

If you have received a discount code, you can only use one code per transaction.

We reserve the right to reject a discount code in cases of misuse or other exploitation of our digital system.

Why the high shipment rate outside Denmark?

There are several reasons for the high shipping costs to foreign countries for Danish webshops, both for packages and letters. The main reasons include:

1. Higher transportation costs: Denmark’s geographical location, especially for shipments outside Europe, means longer transport routes and therefore higher shipping costs. Denmark also has fewer large freight hubs than some other countries, which makes shipping more expensive.

2. High labor costs: Labor in Denmark is generally more expensive compared to many other countries. Labor costs play a significant role in the handling, sorting, and transportation of packages and letters, contributing to higher shipping prices.

3. Customs duties and taxes: When goods are exported to countries outside the EU, they may be subject to customs duties and taxes, making shipments more expensive. This is especially relevant for shipments to countries like the USA, Asia, and Australia.

4. High fees from Danish shipping companies: Danish postal and courier companies, such as PostNord, GLS, and DHL, often have higher fees for international shipping compared to similar services in other countries. This may be due to market structures and the high fixed costs of operating logistics businesses in Denmark.

5. Environmental regulations and taxes: Denmark has strict environmental regulations, which can increase costs for shipping companies. This may include CO2 taxes and requirements for eco-friendly vehicles, leading to higher costs, which ultimately impact shipping prices.

6. Lack of volume discounts: Denmark is a relatively small country in terms of both population and economic size. This means that Danish webshops often do not ship large volumes of packages internationally and, therefore, cannot negotiate the same volume discounts with shipping companies as larger international players.

These factors combined result in higher shipping costs for Danish webshops compared to many other countries.
